FAQs

How much time do I need to get into Fight Shape?

This will depend on your starting pointy, and everyone is different. I will give you a Fight Shape Roadmap when you join, advising you where to start on the roadmap, depending on your current situation. Some students have dropped 40lbs and flattened their stomach using the 90 day blueprint, some have lost 10lbs and revealed 6 pack abs - so this depends on where you are at right now.


Do I need any boxing experience?

No. At least 50% of the men I have coached through the Fight Shape Method had ZERO boxing experience before starting training with me.

Can I do the workouts at home? Do I need any equipment?

You could do all the program's without any equipment. 50% of the success stories achieved their results without any equipment. Some have used a punch bag and/or weights in their training - whatever suits you best, the key is getting started.

Do I need to go on a diet to get results?

A Fighters Physique will not come from a magic diet. This is about building a system and eating strategy that you can maintain forever. Discipline is always required, but no foods are banned from your life!

Is there any coaching or feedback included?

YES. Any questions you post inside the community will be answered within 24 hours, there are weekly live coaching calls and I will be critiquing any boxing videos you post with video feedback. You get out what you put in.

Is this for fighters?

If you are a fighter, you need to be sparring in a gym. But everything inside FSM will help you if you are a fighter, these are the methods I've used as a fighter & to get in 'Fight Shape' AND as a Dad. Fighters will benefit from this community & the courses, but will also need more.

Does this include weight training programs?

Yes. The weight training for boxing and The Fight Shape METHOD Classroom will teach what exercises you need to incorporate, what you do not need and how to build an effective program. I am in the community daily and on the live calls for any questions you have.
